The personal allowance has been stuck at £12,570 since 2021 and isn't due to change until 2030 at the earliest under current plans. Although removing the freeze entirely may cost too much money under the current economic circumstances, we petition that the limit is raised to £15,000 from the next tax year - 27/28 - as a one off increase.
